What are the best excurions for our cruise to these ports: Cozumel, belize, roatan, and grand cayman?

We were thinking sea turtle snorkel in cozumel, the river tubing in belize, ziplining in roatan and maybe the stingray thing in grand cayman? do you think these are the best ideas? Anyones that are better? thanks!
