Going To Florida and On A Cruise?

I'm going on a vacation in a little over 3 weeks and I was wondering what I should take. We are going to Orlando for 5 days and then going on a 7 day cruise with royal caribbean cruises. We are going to Labadee(Haiti), Georgetown(Grand Cayman Islands), Falmouth (Jamaica) and Cozumel in Mexico. Then we are going back to Orlando for two days. I was also wondering if you could recommend anything to do such as excursions during the cruise or things in Orlando. We are going to the beach in Florida and we are going to Universal for one day (Harry Potter!!!!) and Disney for two days. Thank you in advance.
