Why is the price of sports cars so high in India as compared to Europe or the US?

The price of the Porsche Boxster in India is around Rs 5,000,000 whereas that in the US is $50,000 (Around Rs 2500000). The same can be said about a lot of cars like the the BMW Z4, Porsche Cayman, etc.
