Itching, but no rash?

The past three days, ive had this itch on the left side of my neck, behind my ears, and under my left eye. It itches sooooo bad, and it has made my neck become sore, from me scratching at it. Theres not rash, bumps, or anything, its just red from me scratching. Under my eye did have a little welp on it, but its gone, but still kinda itches.. Its driving me craaaaazy! What could this be? :/ Thanks.
