Can snorting pure stevia extract get you high?

Heard this from Dan Quinns YouTube videos, I have some at home now and I'm wondering if it's a big joke or not. Has anyone had any expreience with this stuff "being better than cocaine or meth"? Please fill me in with your knowledge.
