What are the pros and cons of living in the Cayman Islands?

The WEATHER is great and the POVERTY if palpable. I have lived in the Caribbean for 20 years and I have seen hundreds of Amerikan and Europeans who come to the Caribbean thinking they are going t find a great job and buy a shack on the beach. The can't speak the local languages and they don't know the culture, and they don't realize there are very few jobs even for the natives of the islands.. so they live in the cheap hotels and go to the cheap bars until they finally realize THEY CAN'T WORK THERE and the only shack lined beaches are in the MOVIES.. so they spend what little money they brought with them.. then leave to go back to where ever they came from, never to return
