Glee's Storyline? Am i the only one who thinks?

that the writers sometimes dont know what to write about? i mean one minute they want us to hate rachel, then they want us to hate her, then they want us to be happy for finn and quinn, but then quinn turns into a psycho *****. they also avoid storylines too and why are they always bringing in so many new characters when, for example, mike and tina barely have lines? sometimes i forget they're even in the show.
