Do I need transit visa for my cruise vacation?

I am a citizen of INDIA with an Indian passport now residing and working in USA on a J1 (exchange visitor visa)..my passport expires in 2016 and visa on 6/30/2011....I plan to on a Caribbean cruise in about 2 weeks with stops at Grand Cayman, Cozumel (Mexico), Belize and Roatan (Honduras)...Do i need to get any separate visas for the ports of call?? Thanks much...would appreciate any replies
